We do not offer cheap website hosting only to neglect you when you sign up because we cannot afford the support due to ridiculously low pricing. Q. I already have a domain name, can I use this domain? A. Yes. The domain name can be easily redirected to our servers at no extra cost. If you need to transfer it altogether we can advise you and help you with that as well when you are ready.

Q. Does Jax Internet receive a percentage of the website revenue?
A. No, all we get paid for is the website design and the website hosting. Your profita are yours to keep.

Q. Can I accept online payments?
A. We can integrate payment gateways into your website and these can be PayPal, Moneybookers, Nochex,  direct debit/credit cards (using an existing merchant account if you have one), plus cheques and postal orders or even cash on delivery if your business is that way.

Q. Can I sell anything on my website?
A. You can use your website to sell any product you wish. As long as your products are legal and comply with all local laws you will be fine with us.

Q. What happens after the initial 1 year hosting period? A. As long as your website is still running you can always keep hosting with us. We do not tie you in for any period so use us for as long as you wish.

Q. Are my customer’s payment details kept secure?
A. Yes, all payments on your website are handled by secure payment providers such as PayPal and other online merchant account providers. They have gone to great lengths to keep everyting secure for you.Your customers can shop securely with peace of mind.

Q. Can you make alterations to the website in the future, if needed?
A. Yes, we can provide quotations for modifications, designs and logos etc that are needed in future.

Q. What kind of support do you offer?
A. We provide ongoing email and/or telephone support for the life of your hosting.

Q. How long will it take for my site to be active? A. From the time we receive your order and paymentt he site normally takes 24-72 hours to be accessible on the Internet.

Q. I already have my own hosting account elsewhere, can you transfer my website for me?
A. Yes we can. Simply give us your details and we will handle it for you.

Q: How do I access my control panel and emails? A: You will receive a welcome email with all your login details.
